Oscar’s life did not begin in the shelter , he was once ‘’owned’’ by a family that later ,burdened by the responsibility , dumped him to the street .

The family is a bunch of stupid asshole bastards for just dumping this poor sweet baby on the street. I am having to fight back the tears. Dumping your pet who loves you more then anything is so wrong let alone dumping them on the street. Please help this wonderful soul he lived for a reason. The cruelty of man is just so pathetic. How could anyone be so horrible to something so wonderful?
