To All Cat Owners in Carteret, NJ- Feral cats and cats residing outdoors that are being taken care of by people, are being victimized by a cat hater who resides in the area. Cats are being poisoned, they are being shot by pellets, and the populations is diminishing. Associated Humane Societies has already started an investigation and cats are being necropsied. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CATS INDOORS.
