California man intentionally runs over pet Chihuahua, police say

Michael David Parker piece of shit murdered  Cow Cow a beloved family pet all because his wife no longer wants to be with him. Gee I wonder why. Oh and the other family dog they had is missing as well. If this would have been a child this piece of shit Michael David Parker would be in jail for murder but since it was dog he will only get a slap on the wrist. Oh how the laws for animals needs to be changed. If I was this piece of shit  Michael David Parker's estranged wife he would be so fucked in more ways then one.
