Carissa has been waiting patiently for a rescue to notice her. She was in the shelter last year and was adopted locally. Instead of being spayed as state law states she was bred to line her adopters pockets. Her babies went on to rescue and she was left behind. She is a very gentle dog, good with other dogs, and very affectionate. She is located in Altus OK but transport is available to some places.
