No one can save every animal, but everyone can save one. Please be that person.I am one of the coolest most caring crazy cat ladys you will ever meet. I love all animals though great & small. Feds boosting mental health access, treatment

The Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, signed by President George W. Bush, requires doctors and insurers to treat mental illness the same as physical illness.
