WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?! Please Read My Whole story and Take Action. I was witnessed in distress at Bally's #LasVegas early on 8/2/15. I collapsed on the floor in the shopping area between Bally's Las Vegas . According to witnesses, my owners refused to seek medical treatment for me. Bally's security DID NOT call animal control for me (per public records request) and only helped my owners take me to our hotel room and give referral vet #'s (per security logs). Clark County, Nevada Animal Control did NOT respond to a formal complaint from Nevada Voters for Animals to do a welfare check on me or investigate and check surveillance cameras to see if I was left in a hot car. When advocates tried to check on me later that Sunday evening, they were told by Bally's Security that I was transported by Animal Control to an Animal Emergency Hospital. Sadly, when a public records request was completed, there was NO RECORD of me being transported to a vet and NO RECORD of animal control being contacted which was confirmed in a second phone call to Bally's Security. Thank you to the witness who snapped these pictures of me. The vet that saw them was "haunted" by my photos because the bruising on my skin is NOT a good sign.
WHY DIDN'T ANIMAL CONTROL INVESTIGATE? Why did Bally's Security say I was taken to a vet by animal control? What happened to ME? Am I Dead or Alive? If you care, please SHARE my story and pray that I'm okay. If I'm not, please get me JUSTICE.
